 How to prepare Low Carb zucchini tortillas

1  In the first step, take one large zucchini and grate it well.

2  Now squeeze the zucchini with your hands and remove the water from it.

3  Now put zucchini into the bowl and add Shredded Cheddar Cheese, half tablespoon baking powder, one beaten egg and salt to taste and mix well.

4   Take a baking sheet and grease with butter or cooking spray the parchment paper and put the dough into the baking sheet into a very thin circle.

5   Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes till it looks crispy or golden brown.

6   You can serve this with omelette or keto sauce.
