The process of making these keto malai kebabs is pretty simple and they are also great to make at home. Here is my recipe for the authentic and rich, creamy and heavenly keto malai kebabs.

 

Ingredients required for Malai Chicken Kabab:

  500 grams Boneless Chicken Leg and Thigh Meat

  100 ml Heavy Cream/Double Cream 

   50 grams Cheese Ideally Indian Processed Cheese like Britannia or Amul

  10 grams Ginger Garlic Paste 

   2 Tsp. Ghee For the marinade plus additional for cooking 

  1/2 Tsp. Salt

  1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper Powder 

  1/4 Tsp. Cardamom Powder 

  Juice of half a lime

How to prepare Keto Malai Chicken Kabab:

1     Firstly we have to cut the chicken pieces into small pieces.

2    Take a bowl and add cheese, cream, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, cardamom powder and lime juice and mix everything well till well combined.

3    Then add the chicken and mix well and leave it for 3 to 4 hours to set it aside.

4     Take a non-stick pan over low heat and fry the kebabs.

5     We can cook them in the oven at the highest temperature.

6     Squeeze lime over it and enjoy!
