Ingredients required for Keto Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls:

3 Eggs

¼ cup Heavy Cream

1/Fourth cup of Water

¼ cup Coconut Flour

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

For the Filling Peach Cobbler Eggrolls

5 cups Canned Peaches(water-packed no added sugar), diced

3 tablespoon Soft Butter

3 tablespoon Brown Erythritol

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

How to prepare Peach Cobbler Eggrolls:

1      Take a pan over low heat and combine all the ingredients to make filling till sugar is fully melted.

2      Take a small bowl and beat eggs in it.

3      Then add heavy cream, water and vanilla extract and whisk well with a hand mixer or electric mixer till well combined.

4     Then add coconut flour to it.

5     Take a non-stick skillet and lightly oil it and with the help of a ladle pour ¼ cup of batter.

6     Swirl around in a thin layer and cook it for a minute.

7     Flip it and cook for a few more seconds.

8    Do the same process with the rest of the batter.

9     Take a crepe and fill it with cooked peaches and roll it.
