Potato tacos

I wonder who doesn’t like any recipe related to potatoes? Right! That’s why we have got an amazing recipe for you, naming ‘potato tacos’. These potato tacos are filled with mashed potatoes. Ingredients Required

  • Wheat Flour- 1 cup
  •  Salt as required
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
  •  Turmeric Powder- One Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder- 1-2 teaspoons
  • Oil/butter/ghee – 2 teaspoons
  • Potatoes- 2 large
  • Onions- 2 medium-sized

Tips and suggestions

  • You can add more finely chopped veggies for adding up nutritious value.
  • Serving tacos with shwetzan sauce will be a great combo.
  • You can flavor the taco’s base (roti) by adding up more spices.
  • You can prepare it whenever you’re falling short of time.

Instructions Required

    1. Put wheat flour inside the bowl. Then add turmeric powder, coriander, and a pinch of salt.
    2. Mix the ingredients well, add water accordingly and make a soft dough. Put it aside for a good 10 minutes.
    3. Then make the dumplings of it and shape it in a round form with a help of a roller (belan).
    4. After that, heat the pan and put small rotis in it. Cover the pan until the roti gets cooked.
    5. Alternatively, take the potatoes, onion, and chopped in medium size. Then add a pinch of salt and turmeric in it.
    6. Now put the respective mixture on the small rotis and give it a little fry on the pan ( for about 1 minute).
    7. Serve it fresh and hot for the best taste and experience.

     

    Servings: 4 to 5 Servings:
