Ingredients required for almond flour waffles keto:

 

1large Egg (separated)

1/2 cup Almond flour

erythritol (or any sweetener)

1/2 baking powder

1/4 sea salt

2 Almond butter

2 butter

1/4cup unsweetened coconut milk

1/2 vanilla extract

How to prepare vegan almond flour waffles:

1   Grease lightly the waffle iron and preheat it to high heat.

2   In a bowl, separate the egg whites to stiff peaks.

3   In a big bowl whisk together almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

4   In a pan on medium heat melt together the almond butter and butter. Stir continuously, after that adds the butter mixture into the dry flour bowl.

5   Now add almond milk, yolk, and vanilla. Whisk together until smooth.

6   Fold the egg whites into the batter.

7   Mix carefully; the batter should be light and fluffy.

8   About ¾ cup of batter moves it to the lightly greased waffle iron and cook till steam stops coming out.

9   Let it cool a bit in the iron to make the waffle smooth to remove.

10   Continue with the remaining batter.

11   Eat and serve.
