How to make Easy Keto Fudge Brownies

1 I think it best to prepare your pan now, too, so you don’t have to worry about it later. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees

.2    You can use either grease an 8-to-4 loaf pan or line the loaf pan with parchment paper, making it easy to clean and remove.

3    Combine the cocoa powder, salt and coconut flour, and set aside add the Erythritol in a separate tub of Vanilla, and eggs, and mix with a hand blender.

4   Mix until the mixture volume has doubled in size.

5   High for around 3-5 minutes. Melt the butter (or coconut oil) and the baker chocolate in a
third tub.

6   Using a double boiler process or continuously microwaving for 20 seconds and mixing can be achieved. Be careful not to melt the chocolate when using the microwave.

7   Add the egg mixture to the butter/chocolate mixture in parts, folding the mixture frequently. Make sure that the chocolate is not too hot or the eggs will scramble. Most of the erythritol will reside in the bottom of the egg mixture, that is all right.

8   Once the wet ingredients are mixed all together, add dry ingredients. Apply 1/3 of the dry mixture to the mixture and fold it into the wet one.

9   Repeat this step 3 times until a homogeneous brownie batter is formed and all of the dry mixtures are used. Pour into a greased 8-4 loaf pan or linea baking pan with parchment paper, as said earlier.

10   Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for around 50-55 minutes. Remove the brownies from the oven early so that they have time to cool
