Ingredients required for low carb beef recipes:

400g beef mince

2 1/2 tbsp. Celebrate Health BBQ Sauce

1 tsp. smoked paprika

1 small zucchini, grated, squeezed of excess moisture

4 large (about 120g each) field mushrooms

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

1 red onion cut into 5mm thick rings

4 x 20g slices cheddar cheese

80g baby rocket leaves

1and 1/2 tbsps. Celebrate Health Tomato Sauce

1 large avocado, mashed

1 tomato, sliced

How to prepare Smoky beef on a mushroom bun:

      1. Take a large bowl and add smoked paprika, grated zucchini, and 1 tablespoon of BBQ Sauce and well combined. After that shape it into 4 thick patties around 2cm.
      2. Heat and lightly grease mushrooms and patties with oil. Cook mushrooms for each side or till mushrooms are a little toast or soft.


    1. Now Cook burgers for 2-3 minutes or till the base are lightly toasted. Or turn burgers and cook well on each side.
