Keto Chicken Casseroles Very Easy And Delicious Recipe

Keto Chicken Casserole. We can all use a more delicious chicken casserole, right? Well, I have got a good one for you all!

Today I am sharing my Keto chicken casserole recipe which came out amazing!

Keto Chicken Casserole is my favourite, delicious dinner recipe that are easy and cheap to make!

Keto chicken casseroles are classic comfort food. This easy recipe is super hearty main, packed with flavour, rich and creamy.

My husband is a very particular eater and hates casseroles but he absolutely loves this one! He requests me that I make it again and again.

Total Servings – 5

Prep Time – 15 to 20 minutes

Cooking Time – 30 minutes


¾ cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup (4 oz.) cream cheese

3 tablespoon green pesto

1 tablespoon lemon juice

salt and pepper
1½ oz. butter

2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

6 oz. leeks, finely chopped

4 oz. cherry tomatoes halved

¾ lb. cauliflower, cut into small florets

2 cups (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Prepare: Keto Chicken Casserole

1  Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2   In a large bowl, whip cream and cream cheese with pesto and lemon juice with the help of a hand mixer or any blender. Now add pepper and salt accordingly.

3   Take a large pan and add butter to it, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Put on chicken, season with salt and pepper, and fry till they turn a nice golden brown.

4  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper Place the chicken in a greased baking dish and pour in the cream mixture. Top chicken with leek, tomatoes, and cauliflower.

5   Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for at least 30 minutes. After 15 minutes take a look at it and continually bake until the chicken is fully cooked.

6   Serve and eat!


If you see casserole is at burning risk before it’s done, take a piece of aluminium foil and cover it with lower the heat and continue cooking it.
