Ingredients required for pumpkin cookies

 1/4cup butter (unsalted)

1/3cup Best Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose




Blend

1/2cup pumpkin puree

1 large Egg

1 vanilla extract

3cups wholesome yum blanched almond Flour

2tsp cinnamon



1/2tsp nutmeg

1/2tsp baking powder

1/4tsp sea salt           

How to prepare pumpkin Keto-Friendly Pumpkin Cookies                                       

1      Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).

2      Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter by using an oil brush. And grease muffins cups also.



3       Take a large bowl and mix together the butter and sweetener till it becomes fluffy.

4        Now add pumpkin puree and vanilla and beaten egg and whisk together.

5       Now add almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and sea salt, till cookie dough forms.

6       With the help of a scoop fill the muffins cups with dough.

7       Bake it for 10-15 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean.




8        Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

9         You can decorate the top with pumpkin seeds or heavy cream as you like.
