1packet instant yeast

3eggs (2 for dough,1 for egg wash)

Salt, additional seasoning to taste


1/4 cup mozzarella or cheddar

7slices pepperoni

4 tbsps.cooked Italian sausage

2 tbsps.feta


1/4 cup shredded parmesan

One tbsp. butter

1 tsp.Italian seasoning

How to make homemade hot pockets pizza recipe :

1   In the first step of pita, pocket recipes preheat your oven to 400 degrees and take a baking sheet or grease with oil/butter parchment paper.2   Take a large bowl and add almond flour, xanthan gum, yeast, and seasoning. Mix together with a hand mixer till well combined. And then add 2 beaten eggs and whisk well.

3   Take a medium bowl and add mozzarella and cream cheese and melt it for 25 to 30 seconds in the oven or till it has melted properly.

4   Once melted properly, add it to the flour and egg mixture scraping the sides down.

7  Roll the dough balls into fancy shapes and make a small dent in the middle.

Fill the dough with your choice of ingredients and gently close the moulding dough around the ingredients.

1  Now brush it with egg wash.

2  Now place these rolls on parchment paper and bake them for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or till the toothpick comes out clean.

3  Take a saucepan over medium-high heat and melt butter on it and remove the saucepan and mix with Italian seasoning to brush over each pizza pocket.4   Now, sprinkle with parmesan.
