Ingredients required for Keto Pretzel Bites Recipe

      1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)

     1/4 cup Water (lukewarm)

    1/2 tsp. coconut sugar (this will be consumed by the yeast and is required!)

    1 1/2 cups almond flour

    1 tbsp. baking powder

    1/4 tsp. xanthan gum (optional, for more chewy pretzels)

   2 large Eggs (beaten)

   3 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

   2 oz. Cream cheese (cubed)

How to prepare Keto Soft pretzels Recipe:

1      Take a bowl and then add warm water and coconut sugar to it and mix it well. 

2      Then add a pinch of yeast and leave it for 10 minutes to set it aside.

3      Take a food processor and add almond flour, baking powder and xanthan gum add beaten eggs in it and add yeast in it and blend it well till well combined.

4     Take another microwave bowl and add shredded mozzarella and cream cheese to it.

5      Heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds till it melted well.

6      Then we have to add cheese into the food processor and process it till smooth dough forms.

7      If required scrap the sides with a spatula.

8     Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

9     Preheat your oven to 200C take a baking sheet and add parchment paper to it.

10    Grease your hands with oil and forms a ball with the dough.

11    Divide and cut it into 5 to 6 sections and shape it into a pie.

12   Then roll out each section into long and twist into a pretzel by taking one end of the pretzel and bending it around and down across the bottom, then repeat with the other end, crossway over the first one.

13   Do the same process with the remaining dough. Then place all on a baking sheet.

14   On the top sprinkle coarse sea salt over pretzels and bake it for 10 to 15 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean.
