For the sausage balls:
1 pound breakfast sausage
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large egg
¾ cup almond flour
1 tablespoon dried minced onions
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
For the dip:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
two tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
1 teaspoon dill
How to prepare the Keto Sausage Bombs:
1 Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. And add parchment paper to the baking tray and grease with butter with the help of an oil brush.
2 Take a large bowl and add 1 pound breakfast sausage,4 ounces cream cheese,1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 large egg, ¾ cup almond flour, 1 tablespoon dried minced onions, 2 teaspoons baking powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, and mix well till well combined.
3 By using medium cookie scoop drop balls of the mixture onto the baking sheet about a gap of 1 inch apart.
4 Bake it at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes till the toothpick comes out clean.
5 Take a small bowl and mix together the ingredients for the dip and serve with the sausage balls.
6 You can store it in the refrigerator for 2 days in an air-tight container.
