Ingredients required for NO BAKE PALEO VEGAN CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT COOKIES:
3/4 cup coconut flour
2 cups homemade Nutella
1/2 cup keto maple syrup
I used monk fruit maple syrup
1 cup crushed hazelnuts
1 tablespoon milk of choice
How to prepare NO BAKE PALEO VEGAN CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT COOKIES:
1 Take a large plate and add parchment paper to it and set it aside.
2 Take a large bowl and add all ingredients and mix it well tills well combined and the dough is formed.
3 If you can see the batter is too thick add the liquid of choice.
4 If the batter is too thin add a little extra liquid of choice.
5 Take a small bowl and add crushed hazelnuts.
6 By using your hands roll the dough into small bowls.
7 Before placing it on the plate roll each ball into crushed hazelnuts.
8 Then place it on a lined plate.
9 With your fingers press each ball into a cookie shape.
10 Refrigerate it till it is firm.
11 Drizzle it with melted chocolates.
