Ingredients Required Spinach Breakfast for Babies

Spinach-  2 bunch (chopped)

Butter/Oil/ghee- 3-4 spoon

Salt as required

Curd/Yogurt- 1 Cup

All-purpose flour- 1 cup

You can add the grated cheese on top of it for enhancing the taste.

For enhancing the crispy texture, just low down the flame while cooking.

You can also modify it in the form of tacos by adding sorta veggies on the surface of the pancake.

Instructions for Spinach Breakfast for Babies

1    Wash the spinach properly and then chop it in medium to small sizes.

2    Now, take the mixer and put chopped spinach inside it. Also, add yoghurt and salt alongside.

3    Give it a good grind until it becomes a fine green puree.

4     Now, heat up the pan and add butter/ghee/oil to it ( make sure that the flame is low).

5    Heat up the pan in medium flame and put batter (circular form) inside the pan.

6    Cover it with a pan’s cap or any plate and meanwhile, flip the side until it gets brownish in colour.

7    Serve it fresh and hot for the best taste and experience.

8     Also, you can serve it with curd or ketchup or green homemade chutney.
