Ingredients required for tuna egg recipe:

4 large eggs
85 g tuna, drained (3 oz)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (30 g/ 1.1 oz)

1 tbsp. sriracha sauce
1 large spring onion, sliced (25 g/ 0.9 oz)
salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare tuna egg mayo:

1. In the first step take a pot and filled it with water and boil 4 eggs over high heat.

2. Once they boiled properly let them cool in iced water.

3. Now peel the eggs and gently peel off the shells.

4. Now cut the eggs into half and carefully and do not break the egg whites.

5. Take a bowl and with the help of spoon remove the egg yolks carefully.

6. Now in the bowl add the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Sriracha and spring onion and add salt according to taste and sprinkle pepper. With the help of fork mix well till well combined.

7. With the help of spoon fill the egg whites half with the mixture.

8. Top up with freshly chopped spring onion.
