Ingredients Required:
(1) 4 bagels of whole wheat, split
(2) 1⁄2 cup sauce for pizza
(3) 1 cup of part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
(4) 11⁄2 cups of broccoli blossoms, steamed
(5) 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
(6) 3 ounces of roasted sweet red pepper

Tips and Suggestions:
 You can use any bagel you want for this recipe. The popular alternative is plain bagels, but you can certainly replace whole wheat, whole grain, cheese bagels, or even a sweet bagel with jalapeno cheddar.
 As directed, prepare the bagels, then bake and allow them to cool fully. Place them on a lined baking sheet so that the toppings are frozen in place and flash freeze for one hour. Now, remove it from the baking sheet and put it in a labelled and dated freezer storage bag or jar.
 Cover cooled pizza bagels tightly in plastic wrap (we normally put them in an airtight container or in a big Ziploc bag for good measure) and freeze. These breakfast pizzas freeze very well. Defrost before eating them later in the microwave or toaster oven.
