These zucchini pizzas are delicious and easy to make. You can use whatever toppings you want, but I love using fresh basil and tomato slices. The best thing about this recipe is that it’s very versatile. You can add different ingredients to the breadcrumb mixture depending on what kind of flavour you’re looking for.

For example, if you wanted to try something new, you could add some chopped olives or artichokes to the mixture. Or, if you were feeling adventurous, you could experiment with adding some pesto to the breadcrumbs. Whatever you decide to do, be sure to bake them for a short amount of time because they get soggy quickly.

One of my favourite ways to do this is to create dishes that are both nutritious and delicious. These low-carb zucchini pies are one of those dishes. They’re packed with nutrients and taste amazing. Plus, they’re incredibly simple to make.

To make these low-carb zucchinis, you’ll first need to prepare the crust. Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F and spreading the shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese onto two pieces of bread. Next, spread the garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning onto the other piece of bread. Once everything has cooled slightly, crumble the bread into crumbs. Finally, beat the eggs in a medium-sized bowl.
