Ingredients required for Keto Pie Tacos:

1 Chayote Squash, cooked, peeled and sliced

1 T Kerry gold butter, melted

2 packets true lemon

1/8 tsp. cream of tartar

1/4 cup swerve Brown

2 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon powder (more if you like)

1/8 tsp. ginger powder

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

How to prepare Keto Apple Pie Tacos filling:

1    Firstly, take a large pan over medium-high heat and add, water and add, chayote and boil it for 20-25 minutes. Let it fully cool.

2    Now peel it with your hands and slice it into ¼ inch slices.

3    Now take a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, mix well untill well combined.

4    Now coat chayote into the mixture of the ingredients.

5   Now we have to take a small baking dish and put this coated chayote into the baking dish and cover it with foil paper and bake it for 10-15 minutes.

6   Now place ¼ of the mixture into the blender or food processor and blend it till it blends well.

7   Now we have to add this into the chayote slices.

Cinnamon Chaffle: apple pie tacos recipe

2 eggs, room temperature

1/4 cup mozzarella, shredded

One tsp. Ceylon cinnamon

1 T swerve Confectioners

2 tsp. coconut flour

1/8 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. vanilla  extract

How to prepare Keto Apple Pie Tacos Chaffle:

1   Firstly we have to whip the eggs in a bowl.

2   Now add sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla and stir well until combined.

3   Now add the remaining ingredients and mix well till well combined.

4   We have to put 3 T batter in preheated Dash mini griddle.

5   Let it cook for 5 minutes.

6   Now sprinkle cinnamon and granular sweetener mixture into the hot chaffle.

 Assemble: apple pie tacos with cream cheese filling

Firstly place the chaffle in taco holders or we have to fold it gently to shape it.

Now add ¼ apple filling into each taco chaffle.

You can top it with whipped cream.
