4 Eggs

50g skin plus

345g (1,5 Cup) Cream Cheese

60g (1/4 Cup)Butter

60g (1/4 cup)Heavy Cream

50g (1/4 Cup)Oil

1 cup ( 100g) unflavoured protein

2/3 cup (85g) vanilla protein

1/2 tsp. salt

1/3 tsp. (3g) Baking Soda

2 1/2 tsp. (12g) Baking Powder

1 tsp. (4g) Xanthan

Half of the Lemon Zest

1/4 cup (30g) Dried Berries

How to prepare Low Carb Challah Rolls :

1  Firstly simple challah recipe, preheat your oven to 160C or 320F.

2  Take a large bowl and add beaten eggs to fluffiness and sugar substitute and mix well till well combined.

3  Now add cream cheese and mix all of the liquid ingredients and stir well till well combined.

4  Plz add all of the dried ingredients and whisk together till well combined.

5  Now add fresh lemon zest and dry cranberries.

6  Plz smoothly mix the dough with your hands and then pour it into a silicone baking pan but grease the pan with melted butter before pouring it.

7  Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes till it cooks well or tills the toothpick comes out clean.
