Ingredients required for Keto Chocolate Silk Pie recipe:

For the crust:

1 ½ cups almond flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon.salt

1/3 cup granulated stevia

3 tablespoons butter

1 medium egg

½ teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon butter, for greasing the pan

 

For the filling:

16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

4 tablespoons sour cream

4 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

½ cup granulated stevia

½ cup cocoa powder

1 cup whipping cream

2 teaspoons granulated stevia/erythritol blend, for whipped cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract, for whipped cream

 

How to prepare Keto Chocolate Silk Pie recipe:

 

1   In the first step, we have to preheat our oven to 375 degrees.

2   Take a pie pan and grease it with melted butter.

3   Take a bowl and add almond flour, baking powder, salt and 1/3 cup erythritol powder and blend it with electric mixer or hand mixer till well combined.

4   Now add butter into the dry ingredients and with the help of fork cut the butter and forms into coarse crumbs.

5   Now add beaten egg and vanilla extract and stir well till the dough forms into a ball.

6   Now we have to move this dough into the prepared pan.

7   With the help of fork pork holes in the bottom.

8   Now place this into the oven and bake it for 8 to 10 minutes or till it looks golden brown.

9  Now remove from the oven and allow it to cool fully.

For the filling:

1   Take a bowl and add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, vanilla extract, ½ cup erythritol powder and cocoa powder and blend it till well combined.

2   Now place this whipping cream into a separate bowl.

3  With the help of a spoon top the filling with the whipping cream crust.

4   Enjoy time!!
