Ingredients required for Low carb yogurt chicken recipe:

oil spray

5 oz. plain Greek yoghurt (I used 5% fat yoghurt)

2 tablespoon mayonnaise

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1.5 lb. chicken tenders (whole) or chicken breasts (cut in quarters)

Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

 

How to prepare Low carb Greek yoghurt chicken:

1  Firstly you have to preheat your oven to 200C.

2  Grease with melted butter 9×9 baking dish.

3  Take a bowl and add Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste and mix well till well combined.

4  Now in the same bowl add the chicken and coat the mixture over the chicken.

5  Now put this chicken into the baking pan and bake it for 20-25 minutes till the chicken cooks well or cook both sides well.

6  Now we have to broil the chicken in the oven and broil it for 2-3 minutes till it looks brown on top.

7  Now we have to carefully remove it from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

8  Serve on a plate and top with fresh parsley.
