Ingredients required for Keto Fish Tacos:

For the gluten-free & low carb fish tacos

250 g firm white-flesh fish such as flounder or cod

1/3 cup sour cream or coconut cream + 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

4 cloves of garlic ran through a press

Kosher salt to taste

1/2 cup whey protein isolate

One teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

1/4-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt to taste

One egg

1 tablespoon sour cream or coconut cream

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Coconut oil or cooking oil of choice

1 batch 15-minute keto and grain-free tortillas 8 tortillas

1 batch pico de gallo salsa

guacamole

How to prepare Keto Fish Tacos:

1    Take a bowl and add coconut cream, vinegar, garlic and salt according to taste.

2    We have to cut the fish into ½ inch wide and add into the cream marinade.

3   Cover it with a paper towel and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

4    Make a batch of keto tortillas and shaped them and cook them contemporary.

5    Take a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil to it.

6    Coat the fish over medium and low heat.

7    Take a plate or dish and add the whey protein, baking powder, chilli powder and salt and mix well till well combined.

8     Take another plate or dish and add the beaten eggs, cream or vinegar and mix well.

9     Then coat the fish by removing excess marinade and dip in the egg mix and then in whey protein mix and then place in the hot oil and fry it till it turns crispy and golden brown.

10    Serve with freshly made tortillas and plenty of limes.
