Ingredients required for Keto Biscuit Gravy:

For the crust breakfast casserole biscuits and gravy

2/3cup almond flour

1/2teaspoon baking powder

1/8teaspoon salt

2tablespoons cold butter cut into squares

1 large egg white lightly beaten

For the gravy biscuit gravy egg casserole

1/2pound ground sausage

1tablespoon butter

1tablespoon Almond flour

3/4cup heavy cream

1/2cup water

For the egg filling Keto Biscuit Gravy

2eggs plus yolk leftover from crust

Sprinkle of salt and pepper

1/3cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to prepare Keto Biscuit Gravy casserole.

1  In the first step preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

2  Take a baking dish with 8×8 and grease it with melted butter.

3  Take a bowl and add almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix well till well combined.

4  Now add cold butter into the same bowl and with the help of a fork mix well till well combined.

5  Take another bowl and add beaten eggs and whisk well and then add this into the flour mixture. Mix well till it will be a bit lumpy.

6  With your hands spread the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.

7  To make a gravy, take a skillet over medium-high heat add the brown sausage and break it into small pieces as it browns.

8  When you see the meat is cooked well add half of the mixture into the baking dish.

9 Into the remaining sausage add the butter, and almond flour and mix well till well combined and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

10  Now add the heavy cream and water and stir well.

11  Now turn the flame low and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes only or till it thickened.

12  Now sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

13  Now take a bowl and add 2 beaten eggs and sprinkle salt and pepper.

14  Now pour the eggs over the sausage in the baking dish.

15  Top it with cheddar cheese and pour ¾ of gravy and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes or till it cooks well.

16  Cut into slices and pour the gravy into each individual serving.
