Ingredients required for Keto Buttercream Frosting:
Vanilla Buttercream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sweetener, like Swerve confectioner’s
1-2 tbsps. heavy cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or other extracts)
pinch of salt
Chocolate Buttercream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sweetener, like Swerve confectioner’s
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
2-3 tbsps. heavy cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
pinch of salt
How to prepare Keto Chocolate Covered Buttercream
Take a large bowl and add the butter, sweetener, cocoa powder and with the help of a stand mixer combine it for 3 to 5 minutes till it looks light and fluffy.
Then in the same bowl, we have to add heavy cream, vanilla and salt and blend it for another 1 to 2 minutes.
