Ingredients required for Keto Garlic Breadsticks:

BREADSTICKS DOUGH

    1 1/2cups  shredded mozzarella cheese

2 full fat cream cheese

    1 1/3cups super fine almond flour

   2  coconut flour

   1 1/2 aluminium free baking powder

   1 garlic powder

 

    1/4 onion powder

   3 large eggs one egg is for egg wash

GARLIC BUTTER TOPPING

     2 cloves garlic minced

1 butter

   One olive oil

   1 1/2 grated parmesan cheese

   1 parsley finely chopped

 

How to prepare Keto Garlic Breadsticks:

1   In the first step preheat your oven to 350F.

2   Take a baking sheet and grease it with melted butter and add parchment paper on it.

3   Take a bowl and add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder and onion powder and mix well with a hand mixer or electric mixer till well combined.

4   Take a microwave bowl and add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and melt it till it melted well.

5   Now add this melted cheese into the mixture and add two beaten eggs and blend it in a food processor.

6   If the dough is sticky it is normal.

7   With the help of scooping out the dough and we have to place it on to a large sheet of plastic wrap.

8   Now we have to cover the dough in plastic wrap and knead with our hands till the dough becomes soft.

9   Now divide the dough into 6 to 8 parts. And we have to roll the dough into 1 inch thick sticks.

10   Now take a bowl and add beaten egg and we have to brush the surface of the rolls with egg.

11   Now bake it for 10-15 minutes or till it looks golden brown in colour.

12   When you see breadsticks are looking in pale colour we have to remove the oven and brush them with garlic butter topping and sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley over the breadsticks.

13   Now we have to place breadsticks into the oven and bake it for 3 minutes.

14   Serve on a plate and with low carb sauce.
