Ingredients required for Keto Ham and Cheese roll-ups:
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Half cup grated parmesan, or asiago, other hard, dry, grated cheese.
1 cup diced ham
2 eggs
How to prepare Keto Ham and Cheese roll-ups:
1 Firstly, we have to preheat our oven to 200C.
2 Take a bowl and add the shredded cheese and egg and mix it with a hand mixer or electric mixer till well combined.
3 Now add into diced ham and stir well.
4 Make a smooth dough.
5 Take a baking dish and grease it with melted butter and add parchment paper and grease it too.
6 Divide it into 6 to 8 parts and form into round balls.
7 Bake at 200 C for about 15 to 20 minutes till the cheese has melted well or till it turns brown in colour.
8 Serve!
