Ingredients required for keto ground beef stroganoff:

  3 tbsp. butter, divided

  1 lb. 80% lean ground beef

  Kosher salt

  Freshly ground black pepper

  1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 

  1 garlic clove, minced

 One c. low-sodium beef stock or bone broth

  4 oz. cream cheese

  1/2 c. sour cream

  2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  2 tsp. Dijon mustard

  1/2 tsp. paprika

  Finely chopped parsley, for garnish

 Steamed cauliflower rice, for serving 

 

low carb beef stroganoff, How to prepare Keto Beef Stroganoff:

1     Firstly we have to take a large skillet over medium-high heat and add one tablespoon of butter to it.

2    When heated up the oil add ground beef and sprinkle salt and pepper accordingly.

3    Stir well and cook till beef is cooked well.

4     Now we have to transfer the meat to the plate.

5     Now use the same skillet but wash it before using and add one tablespoon of butter in medium-high heat.

6     When butter melts add mushrooms and cook well till mushrooms are browned and add garlic paste salt and pepper.

7     Cook for one minute.

8     Now in the same skillet add broth, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire, Dijon, and paprika to skillet and cook well till it starts simmering.

9     Now add beef into the skillet and stir well.
