Ingredients required for Keto Dough Balls
For the dough
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp. cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 egg beaten
For the filling and coating
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic paste or minced garlic
¼ cup grated Parmesan
2 oz. Cheddar cheese cubes – approx. 12
chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
How to prepare Keto Dough Balls
1 Firstly, we have to preheat our oven to 375F.
2 Take a large bowl and add shredded mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese and microwave it for 30 seconds.
3 Then add almond flour, beaten eggs, salt and pepper to taste and mix well till well combined.
4 Let it cool down and knead the dough with your hands.
5 Then melt butter in the microwave and stir in garlic.
6 Take another bowl and add grated parmesan.
7 Divide the dough and take a small portion of the dough and flatten it with your hands and place a small cube of cheese in the centre gently fold the dough and make sure the edges are sealed.
8 Dip this dough into garlic butter and then in the parmesan and place it on greased baking sheet.
9 Do the same process with the remaining dough and make 10 to 12 dough balls.
10 Then bake it for 10 to 12 minutes or till the dough turns golden brown in colour from the top.
11 Serve and enjoy!
