Ingredients required for a big mac salad recipe

Salad: low carb big mac salad

1 lb. Ground beef

1 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

8 oz. Romaine lettuce (or iceberg if desired)

1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)

3/4 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

1/2 cup pickles (diced)

Dressing: big mac salad dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. pickles (diced)

2 tsp. Mustard

1 tsp. white vinegar

Half tsp. Smoked paprika

1 1/2 tbsp. Best powder erythritol (or any sweetener of choice; adjust to taste)

 

How to prepare big mac salad keto

1   Take a skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.

2   Stir continue till the beef is cook well or browned.

3   Now take a blender and put mayonnaise, pickles(diced),    Mustard, white vinegar, Smoked paprika, Best powder erythritol and blend it till it becomes a smooth puree.

4   Refrigerate it for 1 hour.

5   Take a large bowl and add all the salad ingredients now add ground beef.

6   Serve and enjoy.
