Ingredients required for Carnivore Quiche Recipe:

 

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

8 ounces cooked ham chopped

4 large eggs

5 cups heavy cream

6 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded

¼ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon pepper

4ounces mascarpone cheese

How to prepare Keto Carnivore Quiche:

 1    Firstly we have to preheat our oven to 200C.

2    Take a pie dish and grease it with melted butter and place it onto a large sheet pan.

3    Then add grated parmesan to the bottom of the dish.

4     Now place the cooked ham at the bottom of the dish.

 

5    Take a large bowl and add the beaten eggs, heavy cream, mozzarella, salt and pepper according to taste.

6    Then pour this mixture into the ham in the pie dish.

7     Bake it for 45 to 50 minutes.

8    Allow them cool before serving and slicing.

9    Enjoy this recipe.

10    We can keep this recipe in the refrigerator for three days in an airtight container.
