I have been making these keto breadsticks ever since I started keto because it is so easy to make!

This low carb keto Italian recipe will satisfy all your cravings for cheesy, garlic and flavoured bread.

Ingredients required for Keto Italian breadsticks:

3 Cups (375g) Mozzarella Cheese

4 Tbsps. Cream cheese

2/3 cup (80g) Coconut Flour​

4 Eggs

1Tbsp garlic powder

OneTbsp Butter

1Tbsp Italian Seasoning

1tsp Sea Salt

How to prepare Keto Italian breadsticks:

1  In the first step preheat your oven to 200c.

2  Take a non-stick pot over medium-high heat and add Mozzarella Cheese and cook well till cheese melts.

3  When you see the cheese is fully melted adds butter and cream cheese and mix well till well combined.

4  Keep the flame off and add all the ingredients one by one and make a smooth dough.

5  Now add beaten eggs and mix well till it becomes a soft and smooth dough.

6  Now divide the dough into 6 to 8 pieces. With your hands roll the dough into a small ball and then roll it into a breadsticks shape.

7  Do the same process with all the pieces.

8  Now leave it for 10-15 minutes to set it aside.

9  Take a baking sheet and add parchment paper and grease with melted butter and put these breadsticks into the baking sheet.

10  On the top sprinkle salt and Italian herbs.

12  Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes or till it cooks well.

13 Serve and enjoy!
