Ingredients required for Keto Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich

    2 slices ketonuria bread

   1 whole jalapeno

   2 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese

   2 slices raw bacon

   keto coconut oil  you can use this my special oil for frying

   4 slices cheese we used pepper jack

  2 tbsp. butter softened

 

How to prepare Keto jalapeno popper grilled cheese:

1    We have to prepare keto bread according to the instructions given in the packet.

2    Slice this bread into 12 slices and take 2 slices for this recipe.

3    Take fryer I am using this fryer into 375* and add 6 cups of coconut oil and heat it.

4    Wear gloves on your hands and then cut the jalapeno top and with the help of a scoop remove the seeds and ribs out from the inside of the jalapeno.

5   With your hands roll the cream cheese and shape it to the snake.

6    Then inside the jalapeno shove the cream cheese and place the top of the jalapeno back on.

7    Around the jalapeno wrap one piece of bacon and add toothpicks on each side.

8    Take another piece of bacon and wrap it start from the top and at the bottom and secure it with toothpicks.

9    Put the wrapped jalapenos into hot oil and cook it for 5 minutes.

10   Then remove it from the oil and let it cool down fully and then cut into slices.

11   Take skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp. of butter in it and place two slices of cheese on each bread and toast for 2 to 3 minutes.

12   Serve and enjoy!
