Here are some tips for  Jalapeño Popper Taquitos:
1. I am making this jalapeno with bacon. You could use another cooked meat of your choice.

2. I recommend you use mozzarella cheese as this cheese tastes good and it provides us with a perfect wrap with no little holes in it.

Ingredients required for Keto Jalapeño Popper Taquitos:

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup chopped jalapeno (2 very large 3-4 small)

4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

pinch of black pepper

• 9 slices of cheddar cheese

How to prepare Keto Jalapeño Popper Taquitos:

1. Take a large bowl and add cooked and crumble bacon, jalapeno, cream cheese, black pepper and whisk together with a hand mixer till well combined.

2. Now, preheat your oven to 350F and grease with a melted butter baking sheet or silicone baking mat.

3. Now, put the cheese slices into the silicone baking mat and bake it till the edges turned out browned and crispy.

4. When edges are browned remove them from the oven and let them cool.

5. Now, with the help of a spoon add the mixture to the cheese slices and roll them tightly. 

6. Serve.
