Ingredients required for Keto Pizza Boats:

1  4 medium zucchini
2  1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

3  One cup sugar-free caramel sauce
4  1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or a blend of shredded mozzarella
5  One teaspoon Italian seasoning.
6  1/4–1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes optional
7  1/4 cup mini pepperoni or mini turkey pepperoni or regular-size pepperoni, sliced into quarters
8  2 tablespoons freshly ground Parmesan

9  2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

How to prepare Low carb pepperoni pizza zucchini boats:

1. Firstly you have to preheat your oven to 180C.

2. Take a baking sheet and grease it with melted butter.

3. Cut the zucchini lengthwise and with the help of a scoop remove the scrap from the centre.

4. Now put the zucchini into the baking sheet and sprinkle salt.

5. With the help of a scoop put the sugar-free caramel sauce into the zucchini shell and you have to sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the top.

6. Now sprinkle Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes and at the last sprinkle with Parmesan.

7. Now bake it for 10-12 minutes till cheese is melted well or bubbly or cheese is browned.

8. Now remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.

9. Serve time!
