Ingredients required for Keto sloppy burrito:

Ground Beef

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 small onion chopped (30g)

8.8 oz. ground beef 250g

2 garlic cloves minced

1 tsp. each cumin, paprika, ground coriander

Pinch chilli powder

1 tbsp. tomato puree15g

7 oz. chopped tomatoes tinned, 200g

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

1.4 oz. beef 40ml (3 tbsp.)

Salt and pepper to taste

8-10 flaxseed tortillas

 

Assembly 

6 tortillas

¼ cup grated cheddar 28g

½ baby gem lettuce shredded (50g)

1 avocado diced (150g of flesh)

2.1 oz. cherry tomatoes quartered or halved (60g)

4 tbsp. sour cream

2 tbsp. chopped coriander 8g

How to prepare Low Carb Burrito:

1 Take a pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil to it.

2  When heated up the oil adds chopped onion and chopped garlic and sauté well till it becomes softened.

3  Now add beef in it and cook well till it looks golden brown and cooked through.

4  Now add tomato puree, spices, tomatoes, apple cider vinegar salt and pepper to taste and mix well for 5 to 8 minutes or till it becomes thick.

5  Now we have to place a sheet of tin foil paper on a flat surface and grease with melted butter.

6  Now add 1 tortilla and 2 to 3 tablespoons of minced, cheese, lettuce, avocado, fresh tomatoes, coriander and sour cream.

7  Now carefully roll the tin foil into a burrito shape and cut it into two pieces with the knife.

8  We have to do the same process with the remaining tortillas.
