Ingredients required for Keto Strudel Recipe:

DOUGH

3 OZ. SHREDDED MOZZARELLA

1.5 OZ. almond Flour

1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER

1.5 TBS. Powdered sweetener

FILLING

1-2 STRAWBERRIES

1/4 C. WATER

1 TBS. sweetener

ICING

1 TBS. BUTTER

2 TBS. CREAM CHEESE

1 TBS. sweetener

1 TBS. HEAVY CREAM

How to prepare Keto Strudel Recipe:

1    Firstly take a microwave bowl and add mozzarella cheese and melt it for 30 minutes or till it melted well.

2    Take another bowl and add almond flour, sweetener, baking powder and melted mozzarella cheese and mix well till well combined and make a smooth dough.

3    Leave it for 5 minutes to set it aside.

4    Take two parchment paper and roll the dough into the between of parchment paper.

5    Make sure to roll the dough thick and into a rectangle shape.

6    Take a saucepan and add strawberries and sweetener and add water and let it simmer. You can mash the strawberries with a wooden spoon.

7   Now spread the strawberry filling on one side of your square.

8   Now we have to take an egg wash and spread it around the inside edge of the entire sheet of dough.

9  Now we have to fold the empty side over the filled side and carefully seal the edges

10  Now take a baking sheet and parchment paper and grease it with melted butter and bake at 350 for 5- 10 minutes.

11   Now we have to prepare the drizzle. Take a microwave bowl and add all of the frosting ingredients and warm it for 15 seconds.

12   Once the pastry is baked let it cool down, sprinkle the top with icing and enjoy!
