    6 slices of mozzarella cheese

    1 1/2 cups cooked shredded or grilled chicken

   2 tablespoons buffalo sauce for dipping

    low carb ranch dressing (optional)

How to prepare Buffalo Chicken Taquitos:

 

1     Firstly we have to preheat our oven to 350 degrees F.

2    Take a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.

3    Then place cheese slices also on the mat.

4    Then bake it for 5 to 7 minutes till the edges are browned and crispy.

5    Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for one to two minutes only.

6    Then we have to place chicken on one end of the cheese slice and tightly roll them.

7    Serve it with sauce.
