Ingredients required for Keto Cheesy Burrito Bake:

Beef filling

    4 oz. (23cup) yellow onions, finely chopped

    2 tbsp. olive oil

    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey




    3 tbsps.Tex mix seasoning

    salt to taste

Tortilla Keto Cheesy Burrito Bake

    20 oz. (5 cups)shredded mozzarella cheese divided equally

For serving Keto Cheesy Burrito Bake

    2 (8 oz.)tomatoes

   2 cups (4 oz.)leafy greens



How to prepare Keto Cheesy Burrito Bake

Beef filling:

1   Take a pan and add olive oil to it. When heated up the oil add chopped onions till they become tender, and then add ground beef, pepper and salt according to taste and Tex-Mex seasoning.

2    Mix well till ground beef is browned.

Tortilla:

1    Take a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and spread carefully one portion of cheese over the base of the pan and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes or till it turns bubbly.

Assembly:

1    Gently spread one portion of cheese beef filling into the centre of the cheese tortilla on low heat.




2    When the edges turn golden brown slide a spatula underneath two opposite edges, folding over toward the centre and then wrapping the other two sides over the beef filling.

3    Do the same process with each filling.

4    Serve with sliced tomatoes.
