Ingredients required for Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe:

   1.5 lb. (700g) skinless boneless chicken breast



   2 medium eggs

   1/3 cup (40g) almond flour

   1 cup (110g) shredded mozzarella cheese

   2 Tbsps. fresh basil – finely chopped

   Two Tbsps. chives – chopped

   2 Tbsps. parsley – chopped

   1/2 tsp. garlic powder




   A pinch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper – or to taste

   1 tbsp. olive oil – or more to fry

How to prepare Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe:

1    Take a chopping board and place chicken breasts in it and with the help of a sharp knife chop it into small pieces and place it into the mixing bowl.

2   Take a bowl and add almond flour, eggs, mozzarella, basil, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix well with a hand mixer or electric mixer till well combined.

3   Take a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add oil to it.



4   When heated up the oil add the chicken mixture into the pan and then carefully flatten it to create fritters.

5    We have to cook fritters one by one.

6    We have to cook fritters from both sides till it turns golden brown.

7     You can serve it with your favourite dip.
