Ingredients required for KETO LOW CARB Southwest Cream Cheese Chicken Wraps

For the cheese wraps:

12 Shredded cheddar jack cheese

For the filling: Southwest Cream Cheese Chicken Wraps

1 Olive oil

8 Shredded rotisserie chicken

½ Red bell pepper chopped ( Optional )

Half orange bell pepper chopped

½ Large jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped

½ Cumin

1 Chilli powder

½ Oregano

1 Minced garlic

3 Cream cheese

⅔ Sour cream

½ shredded cheddar jack cheese

1 Shredded purple cabbage

2-3 Chopped green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare KETO LOW CARB SOUTHWEST CREAM CHEESE WRAPS

 

1      Firstly we have to preheat our oven to 375 degrees.

2    Then take 12oz. of cheddar jack cheese.

3     Take a baking sheet and add parchment paper on it and grease it with melted butter and make circles of shredded cheese about 4 to 6 inches place it on a baking sheet and make a gap in cheese circles because they will expand a bit when cheese cook.

4    Then bake it for 8 to 10 minutes only or till cheese turns brown from the edges.

5    Then allow the cheese to cool.

6    Take a skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken, bell peppers and jalapeno peppers to it and stir well.

7    Then add chilli powder, cumin powder, oregano and salt and pepper according to taste and cook for a few minutes.

8    Then we have to add minced garlic, sour cream and cream cheese and cook well till the cream cheese is melted well.

9    Remove from the heat and then add green onions, purple cabbage and ½ cup of cheese into the mixture.

10   When you see wraps have cooled place a thick layer of filling into the centre of the wraps and roll them and seal the edges.

11   Serving time!
