These are so addictive. A tasty low carb meal that is ready in a snap. This is one I find myself making over and over. I seriously love the flavours and texture of these quick and easy keto chicken lettuce wraps. Make these thai lettuce wraps at home and you will never want to go out for them again.

Ingredients required for these keto asian chicken lettuce wraps :

1 tablespoon olive oil
one pound chicken, cut into small pieces
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
one  tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup chicken broth (water or cooking wine will work also)


For the Asian Sauce: best lettuce for wraps 

2 tablespoons soy sauce
two  tablespoons water
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
two  tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon swerve brown sugar or brown sugar monk fruit
2 tablespoons peanut butter

For Garnish: easy lettuce wraps  / healthy chicken wraps 

 Green onions
 Almonds or peanuts

How to make low carb Asian lettuce wraps : healthy chicken lettuce wraps





1. Take a large skillet and heat it up on medium high heat.

2. Now add the olive oil ,when heated up the oil add chopped chicken and stir continuously till the chicken looks
golden brown.
3. Now add the chopped bell pepper and garlic. Stir well till the peppers are tender.

4. Now in the skillet add the chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Stir well.

5. Take a small bowl and mix all of the sauce ingredients and whisk them till get smooth.

6. Now we have to pour the sauce over peppers and chicken and stir till well combined.


7. Keep the flame low on heat and cook it for 5 minutes only. Remove from the heat when you see mixture has                 thickened.
8. Now serve with cold lettuce wraps and top with onions leaves, grated almonds or peanuts.
